I have to say that I love my internet service with you and in times when you always hear the negative I want you to know that this is a positive comment! Bell has been hounding me to change and wanted to give me a reduced monthly price but my loyalty and outlay is with you! Yesterday during the snow storm my service was excellent whereas my counterparts who were using Bell and Rogers (even in Ottawa) were disrupted quite a few times. Pat H. Dec 2009
