Unable to open Invoice Document (PDF)

Solution Microfost Outlook displays an error message indicating that attachements have been disabled to safeguard the computer.

To change your email security settings to download our invoice please do the following. In Micorsoft Outlook. Click Tools > Options > Click on the 'Security' Tab. Deselect (remove) the checkbox beisde "Do Not allow attachements to be saved or opened that ..."

Click OK OK. Restart Microsoft Outlook.
