So, what makes us different ?
goZoom does not contract out our Installation or Support Services. The technician who comes to your home, or speaks to you on the phone, is a goZoom employee, not a contractor, or a temp. In fact you might well meet the people that actually built the company and they have a deep understanding of how it works. Our staff are not following a script - they understand the underlying technology - they probably helped to build it.
Our Wireless installers are paid by the hour. I personally ensure there's ample time to complete your installation properly. You can be comfortable knowing that all work is done with the customer in mind - it's not about just getting the customer off the phone quickly, or slapping up a radio as fast as possible and hoping it works long enough to get the cheque in pocket. I don't believe in that, and our employees are well aware of my point of view
We don't bind our customers to contracts so we have to work for your patronage. I think that alone is part of what makes our employees passionate about what they do. They know that they are personally contributing to the company by helping the customer and thereby earning your business
We don't charge customers for Wireless Site surveys... Why should I charge You just to tell you "No you can't get my product" ? That's wrong. I'd almost call it predatory becuase We (the ISP's) know how badly some people want Broadband and We know those people will gladly hand us 50 or 100 bucks just for a chance to get it.
But, to be honest with you; we, and any Wireless ISP that's competant, knows before we send a truck to your location if there's a reasonable chance you can recieve the service. We can do that. It is our business. We connect Towers together across dozen's of kilometers to grow our networks and propogate our service.
It's what we do....
So, if there is a reasonable chance that you will purchase our service, isn't it also reasonable that we verify that we're able to do so at our expense??
And if you don't have a reasonable chance we'll just tell you that and then we don't need to send a truck and waste your time and money
We don't Sell a cheap "Light" version of our services just to suck you in, and then soak you with overage fees. Our Fixed Wireless is unlimited throughput. I don't want you to get some insane overage fee and then have to pay for it without expecting it. I want you to enjoy our product and tell people about it.
So, what makes us different ?
I think it's that We care and We are responsible, and accountable, for every single customer's satisfaction. We are in business to be successful, but not at the expense of our customers, or prospective customers
